Once you place your order on ShopGlobal.in, we take care of the entire process: from sourcing your product from international suppliers, bringing it to our hub, and finally shipping it to your address in India.
In most cases:

You will not be required to handle customs clearance.

You will not be asked to pay any additional duties or taxes beyond what you see at checkout (unless required by Indian customs under exceptional circumstances).
Whether it's premium skincare, gadgets, toys, or lifestyle products—your order is safe with us until it’s safely delivered to you.

If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, all products will be consolidated at our hub and shipped together.

Once your package is ready for final dispatch, we’ll send you an email with the courier name and tracking number (AWB). You can track your shipment online and coordinate delivery with the courier if required.

If the outer package is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting our support team.

If the item inside is damaged (but the package appeared fine), notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and assist with a resolution.

Minor cosmetic damage to packaging does not qualify as product damage.
