At ShopGlobal.in, we are committed to delivering high-quality global products to customers across India. However, we understand that returns or refunds may sometimes be necessary due to manufacturing defects, product dissatisfaction, or incorrect items received. Please review our policy below.

Returns Policy

Most products on ShopGlobal.in are shipped in their original packaging from the international supplier or manufacturer. In rare cases, manufacturing defects or handling issues may arise. If this happens, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

You can request a return:

  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts, manuals, and accessories.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.
  • Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:
    • Undergarments
    • Food and grocery items
    • Personal care and grooming products
    • Software or digital products
    • Items with broken seals or removed serial numbers

Warranty & Defects

Some products may carry an international manufacturer’s warranty. If your item does not function as intended due to a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us at support@shopglobal.in .
  • We will assist you in submitting a claim in accordance with the original manufacturer’s terms and policies.
  • Proof of issue (images or videos) may be required to proceed.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item is eligible for return:

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days. You will receive the funds via your original payment method or as Value Store Credit to use on ShopGlobal.in
  • Refunds will be processed in the form of Store Credit, valid for future purchases on ShopGlobal.in.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping or product error on our part.
  • Any special shipping or handling charges applied are also non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team via Live Chat or Email within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide necessary photos/videos of the item’s condition.
  3. If approved, we’ll schedule a courier pickup for the return.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected at our return center, refunds will be issued within 48 hours to your ShopGlobal.in account as store credit.

Exchange Policy

ShopGlobal.in does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order separately.

Important Notes

  • Items sourced internationally may have different manuals, plug types, or voltage compatibility. Please verify product specifications before use. Items damaged due to electrical incompatibility or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
  • In select cases, at our discretion, we may process refunds without requiring the item to be returned.
