Why ShopGlobal Recommends Digital Payments

Paying online ensures:

  • Faster dispatch and delivery

  • Easy refunds processed directly to your payment method

  • Better tracking of order and payment status

  • No need for physical cash handling

Still prefer cash? You can load a prepaid debit card or UPI wallet at any bank or online wallet provider.

Why Do I See a ₹1 / $1 Charge on My Card?

When your card is used at checkout, we may send a small authorization request (₹1 or $1 depending on the bank) to verify the card. This is not an actual charge and will automatically be reversed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few minutes to a few days to disappear from your statement.

International Cards

We accept most international debit and credit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo.

  • Charges will be made in INR (₹).

  • Your bank may apply foreign currency conversion charges based on their terms if your card is issued outside India.

Card Declines – Common Reasons

If your payment is declined, possible reasons include:

  • Insufficient balance or daily limit reached

  • Incorrect card details (expiry date, CVC, name mismatch)

  • Temporary bank restrictions or fraud protection rules

Even previously working cards can be declined due to updated security algorithms. Please retry or contact your bank for assistance.
