Our facial toner is formulated for facial use while also being safe to use anywhere on your skin. Designed as angry skin relief for sensitive skin, the SOS facial spray is safe for all skin types. The Tower 28 SOS Facial Spray is pH balanced, alcohol-free, fragrance-free, oil-free, vegan, and cruelty-free. Use AM/PM on clean skin in place of toner to help redness and irritation relief. You can also use this spray for face care as needed throughout the day over makeup, post-workout and to refresh sweaty skin during the summer. To layer with active ingredients (like retinol, vitamin C), apply the SOS spray first and let it dry fully before applying actives.
