This clipper uses a very powerful motor that delivers nearly 10,000 cycles per minute to the blade. This results in a very strong audible hum, but is completely normal to its operation. To adjust power screw, use the plastic brush, a screwdriver or a thin coin to turn power screw in a clockwise direction until the arm strikes the coil, making a noise.
